Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

Granex aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies. We work to align the platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

01

1. Conformance status

Granex is "partially conformant" with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the platform meets the standard, and we work continuously to address known exceptions.

02

2. Accessibility measures in place

  • Full keyboard navigation and logical focus order.
  • Semantic labels and roles for screen readers.
  • AA-compliant colour contrast for text and interfaces.
  • Responsive, adaptive design (usable on iPad and mobile, even in court).
  • Right-to-left (RTL) language support for Arabic.
  • Clear loading, error and empty states across all views.
03

3. Known limitations

Some third-party components (the rich-text editor, calendar and document viewer) may have occasional limitations with assistive technologies. We are prioritising their improvement.

04

4. Compatible technologies

The platform is tested with recent versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and common screen readers. We recommend keeping your browser up to date.

05

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to accesibilidad@granex.es describing the problem, the page and the assistive technology used. We respond within 5 business days.

06

6. Enforcement

This statement is prepared in line with the accessibility framework applicable in Spain and the EU. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you may contact the competent accessibility authorities.
