1. Lawful and ethical use
You must use Granex lawfully and in accordance with the professional-conduct obligations of the legal profession, including professional secrecy. You enter third-party data under your own responsibility and on a valid legal basis.
2. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited, among others:
- Accessing other firms' data or accounts, or attempting to bypass multi-tenant isolation.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorised vulnerability scanning, or overloading the infrastructure (DoS, mass scraping).
- Introducing malware, or using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Impersonating identities or falsifying client or case data.
- Reselling, sublicensing or sharing access beyond your firm's authorised users.
3. Acceptable use of AI features
You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or defamatory content, or to circumvent identity checks. Remember that AI outputs are drafts requiring professional review (see the AI Transparency Policy).
4. Fair-use limits
Plans with "unlimited" resources are subject to fair and reasonable use consistent with a law firm's professional activity. Automated, abusive use, or use that degrades the service for others, may be throttled.
5. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, enabling two-step verification where available, and managing your firm members' permissions. Report any unauthorised access to seguridad@granex.es.
6. Reporting abuse
You can report misuse at abuso@granex.es. We will investigate and take appropriate, proportionate measures.
7. Consequences of breach
In the event of a breach we may warn, restrict features, suspend or terminate the account depending on severity, without prejudice to legal action and applicable data-retention obligations.
