2. Service Description
Granex is a SaaS management platform for immigration law firms, providing tools for case management, client management, documents, deadlines and legal AI.
3. Registration
You must be of legal age, provide accurate data and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity from your account.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to enter false data or data of third parties without consent, and to comply with professional confidentiality obligations.
5. Intellectual Property
Granex retains all intellectual property rights over the software. You retain ownership of the data you enter. Granex will not claim rights over your case content.
6. Availability
Granex targets 99.5% monthly uptime (best-effort). Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. Absolute availability is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Granex's maximum liability is limited to the amount invoiced in the last 12 months. Granex is not responsible for legal decisions made by users based on the software.
8. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually including VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from Settings.
9. Duration and Termination
The contract is indefinite with no minimum commitment. Users may cancel in 1 click. Granex may suspend accounts for breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Granada.
